He actually took the time to understand our situation and what we were trying to do long term, instead of just treating it like another loan application. The update provided after your borrowing capacity has been evaluated was extremely well done and informative. There was a lot of different options and recommendation's tailored to what we wanted to achieve.
We’d been told by another broker that our borrowing capacity was pretty limited, but Evoke completely turned that around. They structured things in a way that got us way more serviceability than we expected, which made a massive difference for us.
Once it moved into the loan process, Sam, Winfred and the rest of team exceeded our expectations.
