Our Process
01. Discovery
We hold an initial call with prospective clients to learn more about your needs and your goals to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. We will then issue our fully digital Client Portal, which will allow you to complete and uploaded the required information to progress to the research and assessment stage.
02. Assessment
Once you have completed the Client Portal, we will review your financial position and your needs against our 60+ lenders to determine what strategy and lender will be best fit for you. Once we have your information, we look to have a proposal out to you within 48 business hours.
03. Solution
After we've issued our proposal, our finance brokers will book a time to present their strategy and recommendation to you via Microsoft Teams. Within this meeting we encourage you to ask as many questions as possible, to ensure that you are fully across the details of the recommendation.
04. Approval
Once you sign and accept our recommendation, we navigate the verification, application and approval processes with the chosen lender on your behalf, keeping you up to date of the progress throughout.
05. Settlement
Once the loan is Conditionally and Unconditionally Approved, we work with the lender and your solicitior (if required) to have documents issued and settlement booked at a date that suits you. Again we will keep you up to date every step of the way.
